Habanero Infused Honey
At MHBC, we take Montana all natural, raw clover honey and infuse it with habanero chili peppers. Honey with a kick. This is another one that has endless uses. Glaze pork, and fish for fish tacos. Keep a bottle on the grill for glazing vegetables, and grilled fruit. Drizzle on pizza. Cornbread with habanero honey? Habanero honey on a baked sweet potato. Mix some with cream cheese and spread on a cracker or a bagel. Did I mention a margarita with habanero honey simple syrup. Is your mouth watering yet?
